Individual sessions offers a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to explore your inner world through creative and experiential therapies. Sessions are guided by a qualified Arts Psychotherapist, integrating art-making with psychotherapeutic principles to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and personal growth.
You don’t need any artistic experience — the focus is on process rather the artwork, using creativity as a bridge between the conscious and unconscious mind. Through this process, you are invited to explore experiences, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and compassion.
Each session unfolds at your own pace, in a supportive environment where you can feel seen, heard, and validated. Together, we work toward cultivating greater self-awareness, inner stability, and a renewed sense of wellbeing — allowing creativity to gently guide healing from within.
Sessions are available in-person at the Mornington Peninsula studio or online via a secure video platform.
